We have training to suit all needs and budgets. Our training is delivered in one of three ways:

If you can no longer attend your originally booked training course, we offer flexibility and the following options for you:
Replacement – You can send a colleague in your place at no additional cost.
Reschedule – You can reschedule for a later date or a different course (course fees may apply). This must be done 10 business days prior to the originally booked course date.
Refund – A full refund can be requested up to 20 business days from the booked course date. If your notice period is less than 20 days, we suggest you reschedule or find a replacement attendee.
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a course - in these instances you will be offered a choice of refund or reschedule.
